T25 – Day 35 Pictures and Stats

35 days ago I embarked on a journey that has begun to change my life for the better. Today is the day after I completed the first phase in T25. It’s called the Alpha phase. This one was all about foundation. As far as physical appearances go, there may not be much of a difference, but I thought I would share them with you anyway.

Even if you can’t tell any differences, I feel them.

On day one when I stepped on the scale I weighed in at 194.4. Today I weighed in at 187.4. That’s a difference of 7 pounds in five weeks, with only 25 minutes a day (50 on Fridays). Mind you, I also stopped eating junk food. I stopped putting sugar in my tea or coffee, and instead of drinking 2% milk, I drink 1%. I also started drinking my Shakeology for breakfast every morning.

Next week we (my husband and I) start the next phase, Beta! Beta is also  five weeks long, and this one will focus on the core.

We took a peek at the workout that we’ll be doing on Monday and I know it’s going to be a wild ride for the next five weeks.
